Witold works for a portfolio management software company specializing in bond and derivative accounting solutions for medium-to-large banks, credit unions and REIT’s. After trading on the Forex market for 5 years, in 2013 he became involved with Bitcoin mining and building specialized mining rigs. He is a partner at The Coinsultants, is an active investor on BTCJam, Bitcoin Lending Club and Bitfinex.

Austin has worked in-house, negotiating and administering multi-million dollar construction contracts, and heavy casualty insurance claims, and in private practice where he regularly assists clients in all phases of oil and gas acquisitions, from $1 Million dollars to an excess of $1 Billion dollars in total allocated value.
Co-founder of Satoshilegal.com, James has 9 years of experience as a legal counsel & has assisted large and small businesses in all aspects of corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, finance & capital raising, compliance, property law, IP and contracts. He is a licensed attorney of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. James is also a qualified Aeronautical Engineer and co-authored an innovative patent describing self-regulating algorithms and game mechanics.
